Team Bios
David Matty
David joined Convergence as President and CEO in October 2003 as part of the company's
expansion strategy which brought in outside investors for growth capital. He brings over
20 years of entrepreneurial, management and development experience in Information Technology,
including interactive software and wireless technologies. At Convergence.net, David is
actively involved in sales, marketing, and product definition of the company's platforms.
Prior to Convergence, David was President and CEO of NurLogic Design, which is now part
of ARM Holdings. During his tenure, NurLogic experienced significant growth with a
ten-fold increase in revenue and attracted major customers such as AMD, Broadcom, Intel,
and Sun Microsystems. Earlier, David was VP of Research and Development at Brooktree
Corporation, a publicly-held communications and graphics company.
David began his career at Unisys, who sponsored his graduate study at the University of
Utah for his PhD in Computer Science.

Convergence.net provides eTicketing and online group sales tools to Attractions and Events such as waterparks, zoos, aquariums,
museums, theme parks, food and wine events, sports venues, and entertainment venues. Our eTicketing Platform combine the best of online
ticketing software, online ticket consignment, education registrations, membership sales, group reservations and promotion
code management.
eRegistration
Convergence.net provides eRegistration as part of our powerful eTicketing Platform. Educators and event planners use our eRegistration capabilities for
online registrations for public programs, camps, schools, seminars, and special events. Our registration capabilities include waitlisting, packages with add-on products, and room and instructor/host scheduling.
eMarketing
Convergence.net provides web development and eMarketing services to our eTicketing and eRegistration clients in the Leisure and Entertainment industry. Our eMarketing
solutions combine the best of web design, content management, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
Program Management
