David Matty, PhD / President & CEO
David joined Convergence as President and CEO in October 2003 as part of the company's expansion strategy which brought in outside investors for growth capital. He brings over 20 years of entrepreneurial, management and development experience in Information Technology, including interactive software and wireless technologies. At Convergence.net, David is actively involved in sales, marketing, and product definition of the company's platforms.
Prior to Convergence, David was President and CEO of NurLogic Design, which is now part of ARM Holdings. During his tenure, NurLogic experienced significant growth with a ten-fold increase in revenue and attracted major customers such as AMD, Broadcom, Intel, and Sun Microsystems. Earlier, David was VP of Research and Development at Brooktree Corporation, a publicly-held communications and graphics company.
David began his career at Unisys, who sponsored his graduate study at the University of Utah for his PhD in Computer Science.

Randy Thomas / Sales Consultant
Randy Thomas is well known in the attraction industry as a group sales specialist in building traditional local and regional group business and travel industry sales for amusement parks, theme parks, family entertainment centers, water parks, zoos, aquariums and tourism destinations.
As President of Randy Thomas & Associates, Randy worked successfully with a client list including the San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Space Center Houston, Knott's Camp Snoopy, Santa Anita Race Track, Los Angeles County Fair, Morey’s Pier, Glendale Galleria, Kennedy Space Center, Schlitterbahn Water Park, Bronx Zoo and New York Aquarium, Columbus Zoo, The Beach Waterpark and Six Flags, where he was responsible for overseeing group sales and tourism development at all Six Flags Parks in the U.S and International Park group sales.
Currently, Randy has aligned with Convergence.net to introduce attractions of all sizes and types to the benefits and incremental business potential by our innovative, internet-based eTicketing and eMarketing platforms.

Jen Phillips / Director, Project Management
Having worked with leading advertising agencies (including Rubin Postaer and Foot Cone Belding) during the course of her career, Jen has developed strategic marketing plans and executed multiple integrated initiatives for Honda, Toshiba, Roche Diagnostics, Healthon/WebMD, and many other clients.
Jen also started her own company, JP Ventures, to bring interactive development and online marketing campaigns to clients such as The Platinum Guild International, The Santa Barbara Botanic Garden, and The Shand Group. Jen also worked for three years with the Ayzenberg Group, an interactive entertainment shop, managing integrated marketing strategies for companies including: Sony, Electronic Arts, Microsoft, and Disney Interactive.
At Convergence.net, Jen continues to leverage her interactive and marketing expertise working with our clients to ensure their interactive initiatives are executed on-time, on-strategy, and on-budget.

Jonathan Ibasitas / Program Manager
Jonathan comes to Convergence.net with nearly a decade of development and program management experience with fun, high-traffic web applications using the latest software development technologies. He has worked on all types of projects ranging from small, content-based HTML pages to large volume object-oriented web applications.
Prior to Convergence, Jonathan was a technical project manager at Verizon Online, where he led a team of engineers in the creation of several Verizon web properties including Verizon's broadband website (http://broadbandbeat.verizon.net) and Verizon's business website (http://business.verizon.net). Jonathan also worked on many projects for companies such as CollegeClub.com, General Motors, and Club Med. Jonathan received a BS in Information and Computer Science from UC Irvine.
Jonathan believes that a successful project relies on proper planning and resource management. He is highly experienced in content delivery systems and understands the importance of Search Engine Optimization.

Dawn Nakaya-Delk / Creative Director & Account Manager
After joining the Convergence.net team in 2001, Dawn has taken part in the creative design for major players in the entertainment, automotive, theme parks, sports, digital electronics, tourist/travel and financial industries. Dawn also helps Convergence's clients with their photographic needs such as product, architecture and still life photography. Today, Dawn leads the creative team delivering the "look and feel" that our clients keep coming back for.
In addition to her creative responsibilities, Dawn also provides account management to select clients. She works closely with these clients to organize, optimize and communicate their vision to the programming and creative team.
Prior to Convergence, in 1999-2001, Dawn was the Art Director for the industry's largest outdoor advertising company, Clear Channel Outdoor - Southern California Division, formerly Eller Media Company. Dawn holds a degree of Bachelor of Fine Arts with an emphasis in Graphic Design from California State University, Fullerton.
