RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
We need to have our telephones answered 7 days a week, so we are looking for an individual that is flexible on the days worked. The candidate who accepts this job will need to work with our second receptionist to cover the weekends either on a permanent basis or on a rotating basis, to be agreed on a mutually beneficial basis. We work with many East Coast clients so the office hours are from 7:00am to 4:00pm with an hour for lunch. The job is 30 + hours a week and the candidate needs to be flexible to assist in covering vacations and sickness of their colleague. This position is perfect for a candidate who enjoys talking with people, has good computer skills, and who is interested in a career with an established but growing eCommerce company.

Qualifications
  • Good telephone manner, friendly and positive. Some experience at reception and phone answering duties required.
  • Punctual with attendance.
  • Organized and self - motivated. Able to be given a task and see it though without continuous oversight.
  • Good computer skills with Outlook, Word and Excel. A test will be required with interview.
  • Comfortable with internet access via all browsers and the ability to work quickly and confidently online.
  • Willingness to learn new skills on our system and to assist our Project Managers and clients with activities, testing and training.
  • Flexibility in work days.
  • Must have own transportation and live within 30 minutes driving of the office. Some occasional purchases or errands to local businesses require the applicant to have their own car.

Duties
  • Answering the phones promptly and confidently.
  • Monitoring and auctioning where required, our client websites.
  • Assisting CEO as directed in such activities and setting up conference calls, booking travel and accommodation, dealing with mail in and out of the office.
  • Taking notes and producing weekly production meeting minutes.
  • Day to day management of the office and the supplies needed. Reporting to the Controller directly.
  • Be familiar with our system and assist Project Managers in testing and issue management.
  • Assisting clients with routine questions once you are familiar with our system.
  • Assist in the Quality Control of our new clients before launch, and the maintenance of existing clients.
  • Assist with the planning of conventions, including Booth set up, travel and accommodation booking, dinner reservations etc.

JUNIOR SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR
We are looking for Junior IT Admin to train to help maintain our specialized production environment. We use a 'lights out' remote administation of our server farm co-located in a major, high-security data center. We are a Microsoft shop - no other experience is relevant for qualification for this position. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, reliable, helpful, and has shown an aptitude for maintaining and troubleshooting software and hardware systems. As our production environment must run 24/7, we have openings for a variety of work schedules and we will consider students who are looking for a part-time position.

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of hands on working experience in administration of Windows Server 2003/2008, IIS 6/7, and SQL Server 2005/2008 in a production environment.
  • 1-2 years of hands on working experience in administration of Windows XP, Windows 7, and Windows 8 systems.
  • Experience in domain administration and Active Directory.
  • Knowledge of HyperV and Virtual Server implementations.
  • Knowledge of .NET applications and services, Classic ASP, and Android app development.

  • Maintaining production server hardware and system software, including monitoring system logs and backups.

JUNIOR .NET DEVELOPER
We are looking for junior .NET programmer to join our development team. Our proprietarty eCommerce Platform is written in .NET, Classic ASP, Javascript, and Android technologies. This position involves both maintenance and new development.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience developing solutions with SQL Server, ASP.NET, and C#.
  • Experience implementing Web Services utilizing WCF, SOAP, and XML.
  • Solid understanding of Web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, DHTML, AJAX, JSON, XML, and XSL).
  • Knowledge of asynchronous programming, using JavaScript and web services.
  • Knowledge of SEO techniques.
  • Familiarity with source code control

INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
We have an immediate opening for an inside sales representative who is responsible for developing and closing new business from leads generated by our ongoing marketing efforts. This position involves guiding the sales process from qualification to close. Our sales cycle is typically one to six months and the term of our customer contracts range from one to four years. An important part of our sales process is our web demos to key influencers and decision makers in various departments of our potential clients; therefore, candidates for this position must be extremely comfortable demonstrating a software service and answering questions in this environment.

Although travel to prospective clients is generally not required, this position will have some occasional travel to local prospects as well as attending several national tradeshows a year where we exhibit. Compensation for this position is a combination of base salary and commission.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years sales experience for a software product or cloud-based software service, with demonstrated success in meeting sales quotas.
  • Excellent verbal skills.
  • Outgoing, friendly, and engaging personality.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills for Word, Powerpoint, and Excel.
  • Comfort, confidence and ability to become an expert user in a "software as a service" environment.

Duties

  • Qualify assigned leads, demonstrate Company ticketing services, and establish benefits to customer needs.
  • Prepare proposals and contracts by modifying ones from existing similar clients.

  • Provide primary point of contact for assigned leads during sales process, including email and telephone corresondance.
  • Identify key factors required to close each assigned lead.
  • Become proficient in operating our Ticketing Platform, both as purchaser as well as back end management.
  • Maintain status and contacts in Salesforce.com for assigned leads.
  • Participate in proposal writing for RFP responses.
  • Participate 2-3 annual tradeshows and occasional onsite visits to key or local prospects.

Web Graphics Designer
A key responsibility of our designers is the 'matching' of our ticketing Platform to each of our clients' home websites. This process involves designing a 'mockup' for key ticketing storefront pages, 'cutting' up the mockup into callouts and images, then staging the new client site using our structured CSS construction scheme. We also do a tremendous amount of new eTicket designs and we are continually challenging our designers' creative abilities. Other minor duties include desiging HTML email templates and some custom website and advertisement work. A typical workweek for a designer involves designing a new client site mockup, cutting up and staging an approved mockup, and several new eTicket designs. Usually a designer will have over ten design tasks for different clients a week, so the pace is fast and filled with half-day to two-day tasks.

We look for the following background and skills:

  • 2+ yrs. web graphics design experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Masters Illustrator CS and Photoshop CS
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with HTML, JavaScript and CSS
  • Experience with Acrobat Professional and Dreamweaver desirable
  • Ability to create and cut-up site mockups
  • Experience in creating HTML emails
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities
  • Excellent creative abilities with detail-oriented focus
  • Must pass security criminal background check
  • Proficient in MAC and PC environments

Program Manager / Account Manager
We assign a program/account mgr to each of our accounts, that initially is the program mgr who coordinates all activites for that client's ticketing website launch. This involves getting key client deliverables and approvals, making sure our structured production process is scheduled, working with the client to enter product and site content, and training key client staff members. Post-launch, the role shifts more to account manager and stays with the client during the term of their contract (typically 2+ years). During this time, the account manager is the key contact for site issues, client-requested enhancements, continued training, and coordinating new work orders. Each of our program managers has between 10 - 20 accounts. Our program/account mgrs all have another area of expertise, such as in programming, finance, or graphics, which allows them to be involved in the production of all our ticketing platform client sites. This position does not normally involve travel to the client locations, but occasionally need to handle urgent client calls after-hours. As we have a very specialized eCommerce platform, we expect to train the successful applicant and extensive program management experience is not necessary. We would especially be interested in applicants who have experience in group sales, operations, education programs, or marketing in the leisure industry.

  • Detail-minded focus and effective in multi-tasking environment
