for our eTicketing services since Fall of 2010. We are increasing our staff
in all our key areas during Summer and Fall of 2011 to handle this strong customer demand
which is expected to continue into 2012 and beyond.

Web Graphics Designer
A key responsibility of our designers is the 'matching' of our ticketing Platform to each of our clients' home websites.
This process involves designing a 'mockup' for key ticketing storefront pages, 'cutting' up the mockup
into callouts and images, then staging the new client site using our structured CSS construction scheme. We also
do a tremendous amount of new eTicket designs and we are continually challenging our designers' creative abilities.
Other minor duties include desiging HTML email templates and some custom website and advertisement work. A typical
workweek for a designer involves designing a new client site mockup, cutting up and staging an approved mockup, and
several new eTicket designs. Usually a designer will have over ten design tasks for different
clients a week, so the pace is fast and filled with half-day to two-day tasks.
We look for the following background and skills:
- 2+ yrs. web graphics design experience
- Advanced knowledge of Masters Illustrator CS and Photoshop CS
- Advanced knowledge and experience with HTML, JavaScript and CSS
- Experience with Acrobat Professional and Dreamweaver desirable
- Ability to create and cut-up site mockups
- Experience in creating HTML emails
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities
- Excellent creative abilities with detail-oriented focus
- Must pass security criminal background check
- Proficient in MAC and PC environments
IT Administrator
A key responsibility of our IT administrator is monitoring and managing our production environment.
We use a 'lights out' remote administation of our server farm co-located in a major, high-security data center.
We are a Microsoft shop - no other experience is relevant for qualification for this position.
This administrator will also help deploy versions of our ticketing Platform from development to production.
We are not only looking for basic knowledge and IT admin experience, but also interest and expertise in
performance and security considerations. This position is ideal for a junior administrator
who has been trained in a larger environment and is ready for more responsibility in a smaller
environment. Please note we have a 24/7 eCommerce environment, so the applicant needs to be
effective in time-critical environments and must be available to handle off-hour outages.
We look for the following background and skills:
- BS in computer related field
- 2+ years experience in MS IIS web production environment
- Working knowledge of asp.net, classic ASP, web services, XML
- Basic knowledge of MS SQL Server and deploying SSIS/DTS
- Working knowledge of configuring firewall and network equipment
- Strong PC/Windows knowledge and good MAC knowledge
- Experience in managing MS Active Directory
- PCI compliance and general security knowledge desirable
- Strong troubleshooting skills are essential
- Must pass security criminal background check
- Availability for after-hours support for resolving downtime issues
Program Manager / Account Manager
We assign a program/account mgr to each of our accounts,
that initially is the program mgr who coordinates all activites for that client's
ticketing website launch. This involves getting key client deliverables and approvals,
making sure our structured production process is scheduled, working with the client to
enter product and site content, and
training key client staff members. Post-launch, the role shifts more to account manager
and stays with the client during the term of their contract (typically 2+ years). During
this time, the account manager is the key contact for site issues, client-requested enhancements,
continued training, and coordinating new work orders. Each of our program managers has
between 10 - 20 accounts. Our program/account mgrs all
have another area of expertise, such as in programming, finance, or graphics, which allows
them to be involved in the production of all our ticketing platform client sites. This position does not normally
involve travel to the client locations, but occasionally need to handle urgent client calls after-hours.
As we have a very specialized eCommerce platform, we expect to train the successful applicant and extensive
program management experience is not necessary.
We would especially be interested in applicants who have experience in group sales, operations, education programs, or
marketing in the leisure industry.
We look for the following background and skills:
- BS/BA in computer or business related field
- Strong computer skills including Word,Excel,Web/Browser
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead webinar meetings
- Detail-minded focus and effective in multi-tasking environment
- Experience with content management and eCommerce systems desirable
- Experience in event or attraction industry desirable
- Background in ticketing, registration, or point of sales systems desirable
- Must pass security criminal background check
- Interest in working with fun clients such as zoos, aquariums, museums, theme parks is a must
