Ticketing Solutions:

At the heart of our platform is our timed ticket capability that tracks both POS and eCommerce sales to seamlessly adjust event session availabilities in real-time. And we fully support bundles or packages of timed tickets in which each activity or event has separate times and capacity control. We allow clients to share the same event sessions among different products and allow variable pricing with different timed sessions having different pricing. In addition, to increase sales in targeted event sessions, we allow allocations of certain selected products.

We feature easy, frictionless checkout with our eWallet integration, with popular choices such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, Amazon Pay, and PayPal.  In addition, membership cards and eTickets can be loaded into your guests’ Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

Our Customer Account Portal gives customers easy access to their prior orders, gift cards, annual passes, vouchers, registrations, waivers, and more. Our extensive annual pass and membership capabilities allow entitlements, such as free or discounted timed tickets. These are stored on account and can be redeemed later by the customer closer to the day of the events.

Our eCommerce webstores are fully responsive, selling all product types without the need for a specialized mobile app. We have provisions to allow client analytics for tracking usage and also have integrations to eWallets for convenient check-out.

We also support accepting gift card payments from internally generated gift cards and also from some major 3rd Party gift card systems. Our voucher system allows clients to define individual voucher products to target specific products for redemption, and both our POS and online webstores have special voucher provisions to streamline their use.

Our Ticketing Module includes full capabilities for access control special provisions to track membership usage by family member and support for our daily itinerary barcoded tickets. These ‘super’ tickets include all of the guest’s activities on one ticket and one barcode, QR Code, or RFID wristband – and may optionally including eCASH for making convenient payments on site!

Our web-based Management Portal handles product and promotion setup and reporting. A full suite of built-in reports comes standard in our Platform, however, we do have multiple exports to many 3rd Party systems, including those for Business Intelligence reporting, corporate database repositories, ERP, Financial and CRM systems.
